Solution Design For the WEB:
Design for the web is a matter of both asthetics as well as being 'Search Engine' friendly. Further the web site and web page architecture should be such that it is browser friendly and of course downloads in the slowest connections and obsolete computers too. Unless what you are writing is for a limited audience.
Getting to hep with animation can be at the cost of the other equally
important aspects.Flash may be good to spurse up your site,but too much of 'Flash' would make your site difficult to index by the 'Search Engines'.
